Project Description

For the design and production for year two of EEEEEATSCON, a NYC food festival hosted by popular restaurant discovery platform The Infatuation, the ARCH team was responsible for many custom build elements involved in sponsor brand activations, vendor signage, bar areas, and stage sets. 

With the integrity and vision of The Infatuation team, many elements created for the 2018 were stored and were able to be re-used and re-assembled on-site for the 2019 production: the 10′ high “E-E-E-E-E-A-T-S-C-O-N” letters in the stadium bleachers, a 30,000 sqft fabric surround in The Infatuation’s branded blue logo color, and the free-standing stage and main bars. In addition to the re-build of these elements, 40 custom signs were CNC milled, painted, assembled, and installed by the team throughout the festival grounds. Working again in collaboration with Dynamic Productions, ARCH designed and managed the terraced stage build and seating, as well as the astroturf application throughout the festival grounds.
