Nike Kyrie 5

Project Description

Working with concept designs by IDL Worldwide, ARCH fabricated an illuminated, multi-dimensional experience of Nike’s Kyrie 5 footwear for retail locations in Boston and New York.

Each custom element for the project supported the show-stopping suspension of illuminated three-dimensional “Third Eye” chandelier pyramids. ARCH’s custom fabrication of the fixtures involved a scaffold piping construction; tube edge lighting; and CNC-milled, LED-lit colored sole patterned inlay. Each of the pyramids was rigged by the ARCH team to hang on-high in the 3-story atrium space.

The team was also responsible for graphic hanging lightboxes and digital screens, graphic window banners and several columns, display walls and tables clad in speed rail scaffolding and colored tube lighting reflective of the corresponding sole pattern of the shoe. Lit dimensional “third eye” Kyrie 5 signage was installed to frame the front window.
